We are a family-owned and operated business seeking a competent office assistant to support the organization and daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake various office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with great attention to detail and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, writing proposals, billing and collections, permitting, heavy email communication, reports, and office upkeep.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Extremely Reliable

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Strong professional telephone presence

· Self-confident, self-motivated, self-starter, flexible, and results-oriented

· Ability to learn software applications used in the daily operations of the business

· Customer service experience

· Strong typing and data entry skills

· Bookkeeping experience

· Comprehensive understanding of the local service area

· Proven Ability to build, motivate, and manage a scheduler of a team of technicians

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

· Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision

· Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks

· A valid driver's license with a clean record

· High School Diploma or equivalency

· Office Experience 4 years (Required)

· Experience in managing home service operations is a PLUS

· HVAC Company and QuickBooks experience a PLUS

- Notary a PLUS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This person will be comfortable working with close attention to detail and incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Daily duties will include, but are not limited to, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, writing proposals, dispatching the team, billing and collections, permitting, heavy email communication, and pulling reports.

Always maintain a professional demeanor with clients.

Possesses strength in team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as our clients

Quickly resolve customer satisfaction issues, upholding our stellar reputation for excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $15.00 and based on Experience

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week, occasional overtime in busy months
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
